Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition as received.
  • The item is unworn, undamaged, and unused.
  • The item is in its original packaging.

If these conditions are met, you may initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at support@mindfulvibes.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
